Summary/Objective

Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. With one transformative solution, the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach and data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end healthcare operations in India, including medical record retrieval, customer support, project management, and work allocation.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and maintaining adherence to onshore processes and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with onshore leadership to align offshore operations with company goals and customer expectations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement SOPs that mirror onshore operations, ensuring consistency and standardization.
  • Conduct regular audits and process evaluations to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data security, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and manage a team of 200+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring workforce engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent, recognizing the competitive nature of hiring in the Indian healthcare sector.
  • Build leadership pipelines and mentorship programs to develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and satisfaction through career development, recognition programs, and strong leadership engagement.

Infrastructure & Process Development

  • Ensure the right infrastructure, technology, and resources are in place to support smooth offshore operations.
  • Implement and manage policies, procedures, and training programs that align with onshore operations.
  • Work closely with IT and HR teams to establish operational security, workforce policies, and compliance frameworks.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a key liaison between offshore teams and onshore stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Participate in client discussions, ensuring customer needs are met through high-quality operational execution.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on offshore performance to onshore leadership.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen the company’s position in the healthcare outsourcing industry.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and innovation in service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale healthcare operations in India.
  • Proven experience leading organizations with 200+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of medical record retrieval, customer support, and project management in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in implementing operational best practices, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive nature of recruiting and retaining healthcare talent in India.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with global teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, operational reporting, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data security, and regulatory compliance.
