Vice President, Product Strategy & Solutions – Risk Adjustment

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President, Product Strategy & Solutions drives the advancement of Reveleer’s Risk Adjustment solutions in the healthcare market. This role is the company subject matter expert on Risk Adjustment and will know Risk Adjustment programs, customer business needs and pain points, current and future trend in the healthcare market, maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap, understand and learn competitors’ offerings and the total addressable market. This role collaborates and partners with multiple stakeholders across the company to advance the risk adjustment management product solutions.   

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the ongoing product strategy and product roadmap for Risk Adjustment
  • Drive and report on Reveleer’s Risk Adjustment product and solutions strategy, execution, and results 
  • Define product-market-fit acceptance criteria 
  • Refine and evangelize the Reveleer Enrollment market-facing position 
  • Partner with the Corporate Strategy and Product Marketing teams to design and align product-market-fit for Risk Adjustment solutions
  • Partner with and manage the work efforts of the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams who produce solution selling and customer engagement framework and collateral
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Architects providing pre-sales and cross-sales support
  • Partner with and manage the work efforts of the Training, Documentation and Communications teams in producing change management artifacts to support in initial and ongoing product feature for employees, customers and prospects
  • Work closely with analytics teams to develop and optimize monitoring and available reports. 
  • Liaison between Product Development, Sales and Implementation to ensure the “Voice of the Customer” is heard and actionable  
  • Ensure program compliance and identify opportunities to improve service outcomes 
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s business and regulatory environments 
  • Monitor historical and current data trends in order to make recommendations and predictions to prospects and customers 
  • Drive continuous improvement through a holistic and well-run inspection/remediation process, and delivery 
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the determination of benchmarks, goals and outcomes for corporate-wide Risk Adjustment initiatives 

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • 10 years experience of Risk Adjustment program management at minimum Director level 
  • HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE: IS REQUIRED.  Ideal candidates will have experience with Medicare Advantage claims processing and submittal, either through a position within an MAO, or as a BAA for an MAO 
  • Successful candidates will have experience in EDI/ETL in the healthcare space with 3+ years of relevant industry experience 
  • Ability to comfortably and effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization, inside and outside the company
  • Demonstrated forward thinking in areas of technology, project management and leadership. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams. Innovative in problem solving, planning and strategizing
  • Articulate & persuasive in preparing / presenting business-case for change management, including at both detailed and executive level where required
  • Interfacing with clients to gather requirements and collaborate on custom integrations
  • Previous experience working in an agile product lifecycle and development methodology, working alongside product managers, software developers, QA test engineers, and release managers

SALARY RANGE: $190,000 - $220,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
