Summary/Objective

Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that uses Artificial Intelligence to give health plans across all business lines greater control over their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs. With one transformative solution, the Reveleer platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach and data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

General Summary

The Director of Technology, India will establish, lead, and grow our India-based technology organization, including engineering, IT, infrastructure, and engineering operations. Working closely with the CTO and the broader leadership team in the US, this role ensures our global technology strategy is effectively executed and adapted for the India team. The Director of Technology will drive innovation, promote best practices, and build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Establish & scale the India Technology Organization: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering Operations in India and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and ownership.

Engineering Excellence: Ensure the India team consistently delivers timely, high-quality software releases while maintaining high productivity

Drive Technology Innovation & Delivery: Collaborate with U.S based functions including Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Engineering Operations, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality healthcare SaaS solutions; ensure applications and services meet performance, accuracy, and compliance standards in the healthcare domain.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Collaborate with US leadership on cross-functional initiatives and serve as the main liaison between the India Technology team and global stakeholders.

Infrastructure & Operational Excellence: Oversee IT and infrastructure operations in India to support US teams during non-US hours to ensure platform uptime, performance, and resiliency

Team Strategy & Leadership Development: Develop a growth strategy for team size, structure, and skills in India, while implementing training, development, and mentoring programs to build future leaders

Agile Practices: Champion agile development practices and consistency across the product organization; Utilize a metrics-driven approach to manage team performance and project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Excellence in Customer Operations: Manage the Engineering Operations team to drive the successful implementation of new customer projects while ensuring stable, secure, and reliable platform operations

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (Director or equivalent).

Proven track record of building and scaling multi-site or offshore technology teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Extensive experience delivering mission-critical, high-availability systems with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Technical Expertise:

Hands-on expertise in cloud technologies (AWS preferred), modern development frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Strong background in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality software releases.

Leadership & Communication:

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of building trust with executives and team members alike.

Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.), data security standards, and value-based care is a plus.
