Information Technology Intern
Department: IT Operations
Location: Must be in PST time zone
Reports To: Director, Information Technology
Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in confirming and documenting standard laptop/desktop builds, ensuring that all deployed systems adhere to IT security and compliance standards.
- Conduct a full physical inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other devices, to ensure accurate records in the asset management system.
- Provide first-level IT support by assisting users with access issues, password resets, and general troubleshooting within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Assist in managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD tasks, including user account maintenance, group policy updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to internship duration.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate
