Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer provides complete record retrieval and review services so health plans can confidently plan and execute risk, quality, and member management programs to deliver more value and improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in confirming and documenting standard laptop/desktop builds, ensuring that all deployed systems adhere to IT security and compliance standards.
  • Conduct a full physical inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other devices, to ensure accurate records in the asset management system.
  • Provide first-level IT support by assisting users with access issues, password resets, and general troubleshooting within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
  • Assist in managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD tasks, including user account maintenance, group policy updates, and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to internship duration.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
