Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team, reporting to our CFO, with direct interaction with our deal desk. The ideal candidate will have a (JD) degree or paralegal degree, with a transactional focus (not litigation), and/or 5+ years experience managing a high volume of customer and vendor contracts. This role requires leveraging leading contract management technology to ensure efficient and effective contract management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, Compliance and Legal supporting all aspects of the Company’s contracting and transactional process, both inbound (Company’s procurement of products and services) and outbound (revenue producing sales to customers).

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, process and manage both inbound and outbound contracts. Escalate any non standard legal terms to counsel as appropriate.
  • Provide issues summaries and recommended language to streamline review by senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
  • Provide guidance on contractual terms to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
  • Work with deal desk to standardize all MSA, and SOW templates.
  • Ensure timely and detailed review, working with customer/vendor teams to mitigate unnecessary turns.
  • Work closely with security and compliance team, ensuring all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, insurance and risk coverage and industry regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of all executed contracts, amendments, and related documentation.

Technology Utilization:

  • Recommend, implement and maintain contract management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain all key terms in centralized data base (overview, financial terms, renewal dates, etc).
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and Human Resources to eliminate redundant work and ensure all stakeholder needs addressed.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and key contractual milestones.
  • Respond to all customer compliance related requests

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal or JD Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in contract administration, with a focus on both customer and vendor contracts.
  • Healthcare specific regulations and standards, with experience contracting with Health Plans or Providers.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and CMS/Healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
