We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team in our Glendale, CA office.
What You’ll Do:
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Update and keep employee records in check
- Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
- Prepare new hire onboarding and offboarding documents
- Work with HR Team to provide HR support for all staff
- Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the HR team
- Special projects as assigned
About You:
- At least two (2) years of related experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
- Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
