We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team in our Glendale, CA office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Update and keep employee records in check
  • Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
  • Prepare new hire onboarding and offboarding documents
  • Work with HR Team to provide HR support for all staff
  • Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the HR team
  • Special projects as assigned

About You:

  • At least two (2) years of related experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
