DURATION: estimated 5 weeks for 20 hours per week (days/hours somewhat flexible)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Transfer, file, and archive employee and candidate records
  • Pull data from source HR platforms and save in new platforms and/or SharePoint files
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing documents, ensuring easy access and navigation for employees.
  • Special projects as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

  • College level courses in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with data management software and data operations
  • Strong data analysis and research skills
  • Stellar communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Excellent organization
  • Advanced understanding of SharePoint and experience with SharePoint online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
