Position Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of data operations within our organization. You will work closely with the Operations director and other team members to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of data. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle data-related tasks with precision. In addition to data duties, you will support the day-to-day functions of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Ingestion and Validation:

  • Accurately input data into databases and other data management systems.
  • Perform regular data validation checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Implementation and Project Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met for ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Prioritize data-related projects, allocate resources, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Data Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of data processes and workflows.
  • Generate routine reports and assist in preparing data analysis as required.

Data Migration and Integration:

  • Support data migration efforts by assisting in data mapping and data transfer tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth data integration between systems.

Data Security and Compliance:

  • Adhere to data security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
  • Help maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and guidelines.

Data Retrieval and Analysis:

  • Assist in retrieving data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Work with the team to analyze data and provide support in generating insights.

Data Operations Support:

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Data Operations team.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and escalating them as necessary.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance data operations efficiency and propose process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with data management best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy when handling data.
  • EHR experience.
  • Basic knowledge of data management principles and data entry practices.
  • Familiarity with data entry tools and database software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
