Revenue Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst that can support our revenue operations function. The ideal individual will help us support the way that we look at our business to optimize our customers' experience throughout the customer life cycle. The ideal individual will have a deep understanding of HubSpot, and we'll be able to bring our sales activities to life through reporting and automation. This individual plays a key role in optimizing HubSpot to enhance the productivity of our sales team and help us understand the growth levers to maximize our business. This role will be instrumental in owning all sales related CRM data and analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into Hubspot solution design
  • Creating dashboards to show a high-level overview of organization initiatives
  • Solving team questions and troubleshooting HubSpot challenges
  • Building and monitoring workflows, sequences, and automations
  • Database hygiene and maintenance
  • Will own Data analysis and reporting for the sales organization
  • Training new employees to reach HubSpot proficiency
  • Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

Qualification Requirements:

  • Admin experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with building weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reporting
  • Funnel and lead generation reporting experience
  • SaaS experience required
  • Strong project management skills
  • HubSpot or Salesforce Sales Software Certification a plus
  • Experience with Gainsight a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
