Summary/Objective

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist with a strong background in integration and production support, specifically in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with ETL tools, SQL, and production support, along with demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to build and support the integration of various processes.
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems through ETL processes.
- Provide ongoing production support for healthcare applications and systems.
- Utilize ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading in compliance with healthcare data standards.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations support, with a focus on integration and product support.
- Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Actian DataConnect, Mulesoft etc.) and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ETL Specialist) are a plus.
- Healthcare – Claims Management, EDI knowledge a plus
