Account Manager

Our customers matter and, combined with our team, are the key to our success. People are what we value most at Dynamic Healthcare Systems. That’s why we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to partner with our customers and act as a vital member of our fast growing company.

Attention to detail, effective project management and excellent communication in various presentation settings are a must to properly support clients with sophisticated needs. The ability to enjoy interactions with people, navigate challenging project deliverables and milestones and coordinating with the best technical and product team in the industry will help this role succeed.

Client Management (50% of responsibility)

  • Manage clients and internal resources for day to day issues
  • Manage support and operations group for on-going client support
  • Prioritize and manage client deliverables and expectations
  • Monitor and mitigate issues that impact customer satisfaction
  • Client satisfaction and account growth are key performance indicator
  • Managing the process for customer renews

Project Management (50% of responsibility)

  • Create client driven project plans and coordinate internal and customer resources to on-time / on-budget milestones.
  • Monitor project risks and take proactive corrective actions
  • Coordinate project team member deliverables
  • Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • On-time and on-budget milestones are key performance indicators

It’s critical to bring experience and knowledge to the role.

  • Candidates will have impeccable Client Services experience, ideally as a Account Manager or Project Manager for 3+ years
  • Experience in relationship development with “C” level individuals and top decision makers
  • HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE: IS REQUIRED. Ideal candidates will have “Medicare Advantage” experience at the payer level preferred
  • Fluency in CMS/Health Plan data flow processes
  • Management of strategic “enterprise” level accounts as main point person
  • Solid data experience
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree is a plus

Travel- We believe in meeting with our clients in person at their location, so national travel up to 10% is part of creating satisfied clients.

LOCATION: Remote - work from your home office, but please note - our corporate headquarters is in Southern California, so expect to work hours that align with the pacific time zone.
