Reveleer is seeking a Senior IT Manager to support our IT and infrastructure needs across multiple offices. The ideal candidate would be comfortable managing and growing a small IT staff as they support the needs for a growth stage company, specifically leading a wide array of IT initiatives including multi-office connectivity, security, infrastructure, and supporting a wide range of remote users.

What you’ll do:

  • Own on-prem and Azure cloud-based IT solutions in a secure, multi-location, regulated environment.
  • Support Intune/Azure in a Hybrid environment.
  • Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities, including occasional off-hours support.
  • Support IT strategy by collaborating with officers and senior management to set organizational vision and strategy and to determine how technology can best service the business.
  • Key stakeholder to drive an agile and responsive team responsible for maintaining a secure and stable computing environment with maximum system availability and performance.
  • Work with the Security & Compliance team to implement security solutions to comply with HIPAA and HiTrust compliance needs.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, secure print, phones, security updates; internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
  • Manage the Helpdesk function and provide best-in-class customer service including assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing technical support when needed.
  • Help to maintain internal documentation and Helpdesk WIKI.
  • Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems and firewall, including all backups and access control.
  • Assist the organization in its annual HITRUST certification.
  • Developing, optimizing, and measuring an IT Help Desk using ITIL best practices.
  • Inventory management and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining end-user training documentation in our user knowledge base.
  • Remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience in Office 365 Administration is a must.
  • Experience managing Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing is a plus.
  • Strong experience in Networking including setup and configuration of various network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Maintain internal documentation and Helpdesk WIKI.
  • 7+ years of proven work experience in IT.
  • Quick Learner & Self-Starter
  • Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and CEH are highly desirable.

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $140,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
